In this live, virtual course I will teach you the 1 Giant Mind Being Meditation technique. This is a super restorative and rejuvenating silent meditation that deepens your awareness and connection to the present moment.
In our first session together you will be given instruction on the technique, along with a specific mantra. Once I deliver the technique we will have a chance to put what you've just learned into practice by meditating together in the session. After we meditate you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you have about the practice and your meditation experience. The floor is yours so we can cover a lot of topics. The sharing component of the course helps you to gain a deeper understanding of the practice.
Over the course of three days you'll learn a self-reliant meditation technique along with lots of information and tools to help you sustain a regular meditation practice. You'll leave with an understanding of what it means to connect to your Being and how you can access this in your daily life. By the end of our time together you'll be a real live meditator.
As a graduate of the 3-Day Learn To Meditate course, you will have continued one on one support by me and access to community group meditations. You're also welcome to retake the course or pop in on the course whenever you want, free of charge.
