Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please see the sizing guide for reference.

Defective Items

If you have received an item that is defective, you will be eligible to exchange the item within 7 days after receipt.  We will exchange the item and return it to you free of charge. Please contact us for more details: info@windsorflynn.com.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package Services (5 Day) and are fully insured. Please note that USPS doesn't guarantee deliver times so If you need a package by a certain date we recommend upgrading to UPS for reliable delivery predictions.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping with USPS international service (10+ day) for orders all orders. International orders are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes. If you have a time sensitive shipment please upgrade your shipping to DHL that takes 3 business days.

We are not responsible for any shipping or customs delays and appreciate your patience for issues out of our control and do our best to help in any situation to recover delayed or lost packages. 

If in the unfortunate event your package goes missing and doesn't arrive please contact us as soon as possible to begin the insurance process. 

Sales, Promotions & Discounts

No retroactive refunds for promotion events, no rain checks for sale events, and no additional promotions or discounts can be applied, only one discount per purchase.
